Leadership Development Program

During my internship at the US State Department, I took the lead in creating a Leadership and Training program specifically designed for aspiring diplomats. The program centered around three key principles: Peer to Peer Interactivity, Reading, and Accountability. Our goal was to depart from traditional leadership training formats that rely heavily on lectures. As a result, we developed an innovative approach that fostered active engagement among participants.
